Cuan Bhríde Childcare Centre
Suggestion & Comment Policy
Cuan Bhríde Childcare Centre will work in partnership with parents by seeking parents’ views and encouraging parents to participate in any decision-making and development of the service.
All comments will be given careful attention. A prompt and courteous response will be given to all suggestions and comments. Comments and suggestions will help ensure the development of a quality childcare service which meets the needs of the children and parents. All comments and suggestions will be dealt with fairly and confidentially. A Suggestion/Comment box will be at reception.
An opportunity to highlight issues can prevent problems arising and if this should happen, the following procedure should be followed:
A comment can be made verbally to a staff member or a note can be placed in the suggestion/comment box.
The Manager will make note of these in the Comments Book along with any action taken and inform the Management Committee of all comments and action taken
The suggestion/comment box is not a place for complaints. Complaints should be dealt with using the Complaints Policy.
